At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a mass PPE shortage. I wanted to help so I started making face shields and mask strain relievers for a local hospital. Eventually, I got my high school’s robotics team and some friends involved to help with production, and collectively we donated over a thousand units of PPE to local hospitals, essential workers, and others in need.
